Together, they create the perfect yin-yang balance to produce inspired pieces which perfectly illustrate what happens when opposites are beautifully juxtaposed.
I first got introduced to FAUX/real when a friend nodded me in the direction of their blog which displays their work surrounded by a cascade of accompanying imagery and animated gifs (including a very cute Michelle Obama gif).
Though a wonderful new discovery to me, FAUX/real are no secret to those in the know. The duo are already several seasons into their creative world domination and their work has been spotted hanging round the necks of Coco Rosie and Bjork just to name a few. Not bad for jewellers with no formal training eh?
